As we have found out, ZoneOptions website is owned and is being operated by Spot Capital Markets Ltd. The address of the brokerage firm is Oktomvriou Street, Kanika Business Centre, 2nd floor Limassol 3105, Cyprus. ZoneOptions broker is said to be licensed by CySEC and MiFID. However, after a long research, we discovered that the broker had actually put the data about MiFID regulation into a different perspective, as there is no such license as MiFID, it is a directive.
In addition, ZoneOptions does not accept clients from the US.
